Your Local Club Freedom Day on Wednesday, 10 November is an opportunity for participating clubs to thank the community for helping reopen our industry by offering patrons a free, refreshing Together Ale — a limited-edition craft beer produced specifically for this event by Lion and Batch Brewing Co.

Free Together Ale Coupon Registration & Redemption Guide
The below video and staff guide PDF show the step-by-step process of how patrons register and redeem their free Together Ale coupon, including the one step staff need to take to redeem the coupon while stocks last.
- Patrons scan the Your Local Club Freedom Day QR code in your venue or visit www.yourlocalclub.promo to complete the registration form and receive a free Together Ale coupon link via email.
- Once a patron clicks the coupon link in their email (sent from Monday, 8 November), patrons find and select your club on the website and present their Together Ale coupon at the bar.
- All staff need to do is redeem the coupon following the instructions on the screen while stocks last.
Freedom Day QR Code Posters & Marketing Assets
Marketing assets featuring a QR code that, once scanned, lets patrons register for a Together Ale coupon can be downloaded via the button below. These include an A4 poster, a DL menu-size poster, a portrait digital screen and a pull-up banner artwork.
Make sure that these QR codes are prominently displayed in your participating bar(s) and/or throughout your venue during Your Local Club Freedom Day. The same QR code is being used across all participating venues.

FAQs
For every keg ordered by your club, 100 free Together Ales will be listed on the Your Local Club Freedom Day redemption website as being available at your venue while stocks last.
One Together Ale will be removed from the available stock remaining at your venue once staff correctly redeem a voucher at your club.
Once all free Together Ale coupons have been correctly redeemed, your club will no longer appear on the redemption website to help manage expectations.
The registration form recognises duplicate emails and/or mobile phone numbers, so patrons cannot claim a second coupon.
Each coupon is also limited to only be used once. If staff redeem the voucher correctly in the steps outlined above then patrons will not be able to use the voucher again.
If a patron tries to use the same voucher a second time then they will see the below screen.
All participating clubs will receive their order of Together Ale kegs and tap decals/talkers prior to Your Local Club Freedom Day on Wednesday, 10 November. If you have any questions, please contact your club's Lion sales representative.
Any Together Ale remaining in your venue after Your Local Club Freedom Day can be sold at a price chosen by your club.
Participating clubs will receive data from ClubsNSW on patrons that redeemed a Together Ale coupon at the venue by COB Friday, 19 November.
Staff must ensure they follow the above guides correctly on how to redeem a coupon to ensure this data is available for your club.
Patrons must agree to the Terms and Conditions during registration. These include:
- Participants must be 18 or older, provide valid photo identification as requested and comply with venue entry requirements (including all applicable public health orders).
- Offer limited to one registration per person at a participating venue while stocks last and coupon is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
- Registration will provide a participant with a digital coupon for one complimentary schooner (425ml) of Together Ale at a participating venue between 12:01am and 11:59PM AEDST on 10 November 2021 or until the venue’s allocation is exhausted.
- Registration does not guarantee redemption as offer is only available only while stocks last and is at all times subject to the responsible service of alcohol.
- Neither ClubsNSW, the venue or their suppliers will be liable for any loss (including personal injury or death) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
