ClubsNSW and ClubPASS are delighted to reveal that Janice Barnes has been drawn as the winner of The ClubPASS Second Chance Draw Prize of $5000.
As per section 50 and 51 of the Tems and Conditions, the Second Chance Draw Prize will be awarded to the winning Eligible Participant by electronic funds transfer to the winning Eligible Participant’s nominated bank account. The winning Eligible Participant must provide the Promoter with their nominated bank account details when requested by the Promoter to enable the Promoter to transfer the Second Chance Draw Prize to the winning Eligible Participant.
If for any reason a winning Eligible Participant does not claim the Second Chance Draw Prize by Monday, 6 February 2023, and the Promoter cannot reasonably contact the winner by text message (SMS), phone call and email using the contact details submitted by the winning Eligible Participant in the webform to enter the Second Chance Draw, the winning Eligible Participant’s first name and surname will be published on the Promoter’s website https://www.clubsnsw.com.au/services/digital/clubpass/winners on Tuesday, 7 February 2023 for a period of 14 days (“Second Chance Draw Publishing Period”).
