Have you checked your staff records on MyTAB recently? Out-of-date information could be flagging your venue as non-compliant.
TAB uses MyTAB to assign mandatory Compliance training to your TAB Operators. To update staff records head to the ‘Me & My Team’ section on MyTAB. You can also check if your current staff are up to date with their training. Please reach out to your Wagering Sales Executive if you have any questions.
