Keno wishes its club partners a successful and enjoyable conference and invites them to have their say in its 2022 Pulse Survey.
The Keno team will be there to greet guests and kick off the 2022 ClubsNSW Conference & AGM at the Keno Welcome Party on Wednesday 19 October.
“We’re really looking forward to this event and the chance to engage with our club partners again,” said General Manager for Keno’s Licensed Venue Operations, Paul Malek.
Mr Malek explained the event is an important way for Keno to stay in touch with the state’s club industry and for its team to meet with club executive, management, and staff.
Another way Keno is listening to its club partners is through its 2022 Pulse Survey.
The survey will be open until the end of October and is aimed at helping Keno better understand how venues view their relationship and become a more strategic partner.
“We hope your team will share some insights with us at the Welcome Party and via the survey so we can continue improving the products and services we offer clubs,” Mr Malek said.
