Venue partners believe they have a good relationship with Keno, according to its latest business customer survey, creating a solid foundation for Keno to grow from in its new home at The Lottery Corporation.
After another challenging year, the strength of Keno’s relationships remains robust, and while COVID-19 has significantly impacted the ability to grow them, 47% of venues are promoters of Keno.
The survey results revealed Keno has maintained its relationships and advocacy across the board, with a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of +33 in October/November 2021.
In addition, 43% of venues say they feel like they have a partnership with Keno. The growing strength of Keno’s partnerships is evidenced by 7% more venues viewing Keno as strategic or business partner since 2018.
“These are heartening results for the Keno team, which worked closely with venues during the 2021 lockdowns and trading restrictions,” General Manager of Keno Licenced Venues Paul Malek said.
“Keno and our venue partners who offer the game to their customers are an integral part of The Lottery Corporation and its future success,” Mr Malek said.
“While our results are encouraging, Keno is committed to continually improving. I look forward to our team delivering a range of exciting new Keno service offerings, features, and promotions to enhance the customer experience in clubs in 2022.”
