ClubsNSW, under the Your local club brand, have partnered with The Sebastian Foundation, founded by Guy Sebastian and his wife Jules, to help support Open Parachute, a mental health program for students.
Clubs are invited to support The Sebastian Foundation by placing a charity clothing bin on the premises of the club, then making a tax-deductible donation back to the foundation. The funds raised will go towards changing the lives of young Australians for the better.
ClubsNSW can ensure a smooth and hygienic process will be managed by Ethread. To host a charity bin, clubs require one square metre of space somewhere on the property, either indoors or within a carpark. Donations can be collected daily or weekly to avoid build-up or mess.
Upon registration, The Sebastian Foundation will provide participating venues with promotional materials (print, digital and social media) to promote your club and encourage more donations.
Guy Sebastian says "The thing that I love the most about the support we receive from the registered clubs who have agreed to host a Sebastian Foundation bin is the impact it has directly on that community - and beyond.”
