New Keno Kwikpiks Create Fresh Ways To Play

ClubCOLLECTIVE October 2021

Playing Keno will now be even quicker, simpler, and more affordable for new customers thanks to four new Kwikpik games, which offer a fresh version of this popular way to play.

New Kwikpik bundles have been designed to break down the barriers of playing Keno, delivering a positive first-time experience and driving new players to the game.

These Kwikpiks were developed following a six-week pilot from late April to early June 2021 across 57 venues in NSW and Queensland. Nine bundles were trialled to help Keno understand the appeal of the new format and overall user experience when playing.

Four Kwikpik bundles were chosen based on customer and venue feedback from the trial and these will be rolled out progressively from late 2021.

The new bundle game cards offer a pre-set Kwikpik for players to take to the counter to scan and pay.

No single Kwikpik will cost more than $5 and will not exceed 15 minutes of play. All will be on multiple games.

The new game cards will educate the customer about the Keno game they are playing, what they can win and how much the ticket will cost. All they need to do is take the card to an operator.
