Empower the next generation of female leaders in your club with Be Trained by Barrington’s Women in Club Operations Program!
The 2021 Women in Club Operations Program is designed to develop and advance your female staff’s leadership and business skills to enhance their career and push them into positions of Management and Leadership within the Club Industry.
This program starts on 17 May and will be delivered across 12 months. If completed successfully, staff will receive a Certificate IV in Business (Operations) BSB40120.
Barrington's will provide your female staff with a platform to network with like-minded women across the NSW Hospitality Industry. Students will learn from industry experts and be equipped to develop their skills and knowledge in business to enhance their critical thinking.
Our experienced program Director and trainer Tracey Lentell, former CEO of Moorebank Sports Club, is ready to take on the next generation of female club leaders and prepare them for their club journey.
