Our 2021 Future Club Leaders Program is designed to put you ahead of the crowd! Delivered over 12 months, this course will help propel you into a Management or an Executive role within the Club Industry.
This course also provides a platform for you to create strong network ties within the industry, hear from industry experts and help you develop crucial skills to help you in the years ahead.
Building on your existing skills and experience, this course covers information essential to being a successful leader such as: Developing emotional intelligence, managing business operations, utilising budgets and finances more effectively + more.
During the course you will attend 6 x 2 day workshops and complete workplace based assessments. Upon the successful completion of the course graduates will receive a nationally recognised diploma qualification in Leadership and Management | BSB50420.
The 2021 course commences on the 12th and 13th of April with guest speaker, Tim McAleer (COO Wests Ashfield) talking on EI, Customer Service and Leadership.
