Be Trained’s ClubAdvance Suite is built for club professionals who want to up-skill quickly and practically, without committing to a full qualification. These targeted micro-credentials focus on real, job-ready skills that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
Where applicable, completed units may be credited toward a formal qualification with Be Trained for those pursuing further study. AI Essentials is a four-hour training session that equips staff to use generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini effectively and responsibly at work. Participants will explore large language models, prompt engineering, and real-world applications to boost productivity, creativity, and decision-making across roles like HR, marketing, and customer service.
Through hands-on activities, the course builds confidence in ethical and secure AI use aligned with organisational values. Ideal for teams in hospitality, retail, and administration, the content can be tailored to specific tools or functions such as marketing or data analytics.
Empowering Leadership is a two-day intensive program designed for leaders in NSW hospitality clubs. The course focuses on practical strategies to lead teams, manage operations, and maintain service and compliance standards in fast-paced environments. Participants will build skills in emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, communication, and team motivation, while also gaining tools for report writing, data-informed decision-making, and handling operational challenges.
Real-world scenarios and hands-on activities ensure the training is immediately applicable to leadership roles. HR: The Hire Power is a bespoke two-day program is designed to strengthen the skills and confidence of HR managers and leaders working within NSW clubs.
Focused on real-world application, the training equips participants with the knowledge and tools to manage core HR functions effectively and compliantly. Through practical sessions, case studies, and mock interviews, attendees will gain hands-on experience in key areas such as recruitment, performance management, and navigating recent legislative changes. Programs are due to commence end of September.
