We are excited to announce that we have changed our brand!
On Monday 3 April, 2023 our name changed to Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII). This change consolidates our two current trading names, Hotel Employers Mutual (HEM) and Club Employers Mutual (CEM), into a single identity designed to simplify operations and make it easier for you to work with us.
HII remains committed to providing the market leading case management services you have come to expect from us, as well as comprehensive workplace safety and risk management solutions tailored for the hospitality industry. Our offerings include complimentary WHS management tools plus health and safety training courses, all designed to minimise workplace injury risks for hospitality businesses.
As we transition to our new identity, we remain dedicated to maintaining a strong relationship, seamlessly working together, and providing an uninterrupted partnership with you.

Our phone and fax numbers, along with our postal address, will remain unchanged. However, our email addresses will now end with @hii.au. Rest assured, if you send something to our old email addresses, we will still receive it.
We have launched a new website, in line with our updated brand, where you can access all the information from our previous sites to help you manage your claims or policy.
