Paul is the CEO of the Mingara Leisure Group, which includes Mingara Recreation Club, The Westport Club, Lantern Club, Springwood Sports Club and The Greens The Entrance. Paul brings 25 years of industry operational experience. He became a Graduate of the AICD in 2014. Prior to his appointment to the ClubsNSW Board in 2010, Paul was the State Councillor for the Central Coast Region and in 2014, was appointed to the Board of ClubBIZ, then appointed chair in 2018. Also, in 2018 Paul was appointed to the ClubsNSW Nominations and Remunerations Committee. In February 2019 Paul was appointed a Director of the Australian Turf Club.
